A total of around 1300 employees traveled in smaller groups of around 100 people for a week to work on the municipality’s operational development. This highly ambitious programme comprised both conferences and group work, as well as some team building and outdoor activities, and was organised in collaboration between the municipality’s representatives and Vulkan Travel.
